Currently, our Technology Advisory practice is expanding to meet our
clients' demands. We are strategically adding experienced leaders and
staff.
Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers are
responsible to help identify and close new client opportunities and lead
engagements to deliver high quality work products and customer
satisfaction.
3 years minimum in IT strategy, IT leadership, or IT management related
roles. Strong executive communication, logical thinking, and leadership
skills required. Clear understanding of IT economics and deep experience
with IT process and organization design & management principles/techniques.

Experience required in at least TWO of the following areas:
- SAP Implementation
- IT governance,
- Project portfolio management,
- IT organization design and structure,
- IT budget/financial management,
- IT cost reduction
- IT performance assessment and transformation,
- Enterprise architecture strategies and assessment,
- Infrastructure strategies and assessment,
- Sourcing and assessing IT products and services

Additional requirements:
- Must have an understanding of the System Development Lifecycle
including familiarity with standard methodologies.
- Must have engagement management experience including: planning and
estimating projects, P&L responsibility on projects, analyzing issues
and developing resolutions, identifying risks, and leading the
communication and execution of the project methodology and
implementation processes
- Must possess capabilities to lead and mentor team members
- Must have excellent communication and client management skills
- Must be willing to travel to client locations
- Must have graduate or undergraduate degree.
- Hands-on technical experience with a major software package highly
desirable (SAP, Oracle, CRM applications, SCM applications, DW
applications)
- Experience in one of the following industries highly desirable:
Manufacturing, Financial Services, Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals,
and Consumer Business
- Prior major consulting company experience highly desirable
- Multi-cultural, multi-national experience highly desirable
