• Responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with the company's largest and most complex customers. These customers are typically Fortune 500 financial industry accounts adopting grid software across their data centers.
• You will serve as a project manager and account manager to ensure successful implementation and deployment of the company’s products. You will work closely with all teams from development, to sales, to executive in order to insure full coverage and maximum leverage for the products.
• You will manage regular status meetings with customers and produce report that covers any ongoing project status and any issues identified from previous reporting periods.
• You will work in partnership with the customers to manage any open incidents, and strive to address any issues proactively before they can affect the customers’ systems.
• You will be the customer’s single point of contact into all of the company. As such, your technical abilities are critical in identifying solutions, troubleshooting issues, and answering technical questions as they arise.

• Have at least 5+ years experience in customer facing positions as a professional services consultant, or systems engineer, preferably with a management consulting organization.
• Experience with modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on software and hardware architecture, and infrastructure design and development;
• Strong technical background, with previous experience in Linux/Windows system administration and/or software development and technical architecture
• Strong analytical skills regarding technical and project management issues;
• Strong understanding of strategic sales process;
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands;
• Ability to interact and communicate with CxO level personnel;
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English;
• Ability to travel up to 30 percent of the time, including internationally.
