Primary focus will be to manage and coordinate all aspects of the relocation of expats and their families into Japan.

Primary responsibilities include:
Understanding and assessing expat needs and requirements
Coordinating all aspects of the relocation program in Japan
Managing communication and reporting with global relocation and multi-national companies and their HR departments throughout the relocation process
Responsible for establishing and building client relationships

Relocation or real estate industry experience preferred
Business level Japanese - Proficiency Test Level 2 or higher (CIR experience preferred)/ Business level English - TOEIC 800 or higher
Fluency in another foreign language advantageous
At least two years work experience in a Japanese office environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bright, outgoing, friendly personality
Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills
Proactive problem solver
Ability to work as part of an international team
Local area knowledge preferred
Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
Japanese Drivers License
