We are seeking a Network Engineer for one of our clients in Tokyo, Japan.

Your responsibilities will include :

* Providing 2nd level Network Support for the users in Tokyo
* Escalation of unresolved issues to head-quarters overseas
* Providing 1st level and 2nd level Desktop PC trouble shooting.
* Processing users’ requests and resolving issues in the quickest possible time-frame.

Qualifications and Necessary Skills :

* At least 2 years’ experience as Network Engineer.
* CCNA certification
* Knowledge and experience in VPN, Routers, Switches, etc.
* High Intermediate skills in English is a must.
* Native-level Japanese is required.
* Must be a team player and flexible.

Desirable Skills :

* University degree in Computer Science (Bachelors or above).
* CCNP certification advantageous.

Applicant must currently reside in Japan.

* Visa sponsorship can be provided.
* CCNA Certification is a must.
* Good to have JLPT Level 2 certification.
