- Ensure effective communication with customers through the appropriate Account Managers, in prioritising work and resolving conflicts.
- Manage and escalate resource and project conflicts in line with business priorities.
- Responsible for progress control, progress reporting, risks and issues management, quality management, and resource management (human, financial and technical) throughout the entire project lifecycle.

- Experience and Technical:
At least 3 years managing complex projects in a large organisation, including experience of leading and delivering IT infrastructure projects.
- Must be proficient in the use of project management tools and must have detailed knowledge of the Project Lifecycle.
- Experience and skill of process building and process enhancement.
Ability to discuss and communicate in English and Japanese at a business level
