Job Description

Successful candidate will be hired and potentially work in our client’s office in Tokyo at full time basis, responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of an A-class facility to deliver high level facilities management service for an internationally renowned multi-national corporation.

Position Description:

Supervision of the facilities operation team
Overseeing office administration work
Handle financial management on operating cost, space planning
Monitor fit-out or relocation projects, building repair & maintenance
Responsible for the selection of contract services, vendor negotiation of service agreements, and day-to-day monitoring of vendor performance to assure full compliance with standards established within the service agreement.
Assure full compliance with standards established within the service agreement.
May create reports and conduct analysis of data related to assessment of the property objectives.
May review leases to ensure compliance with lease provisions.

Required certifications

Applicant must currently reside in Japan.

Relevant experience in facilities management and office administration, with experience working for multi-national corporations preferred
Solid experience in project management of office move and renovation projects
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relative discipline
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level
Excellent management and coordination skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese
Good PC skills with experience of MS Office and e-mail applications.
