Job Description

The key responsibility will be to:
Manage a team of 30 sales professionals, field product managers, and support members.
Develop and maintain key account customers through personal sales.
Manage current product portfolio through its life cycle
Implement the lubrication Marketing Program in the field with the local sales organization.
Identify new product opportunities as well as launch new products.
Develop and implement marketing strategies.
Organize marketing meetings and training seminars.
Gather information on competitor’s selling strategies and pricing models.
Keep abreast of customer requirements.

Previous engineering and marketing background is helpful.

Required certifications

Applicant must currently reside in Japan.

The successful candidate must have:

Fluency in English
Technical and sales aptitude
Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
Strong customer orientation and verbal/written communication skills
Business to business sales experience desired
