For those of who posted job ads during our Free Campaign period, you can keep your job ads on the site without being charged. However, if you would like to edit the ad, take down the ad and publish it again, or create a new ad, you will be charged 10,000 yen per ad.

From registering to hiring a great candidate

Register as an employer
Registering your company is free. Register your company's contact information now and start posting jobs.
Receive your confirmation email
After you register your company, you will receive a confirmation mail from Find Jobs In Japan at the address you registered. Click on the URL in the email to activate your account.
Enter company profile
After logging into the admin site, enter your company profile
Post your job
Enter the job's description and click to request that your ad be published.

Publish your job posting
After getting the publishing request, Find Jobs In Japan staff will review the job posting and approve it if the job posting meets our guidelines (please allow 3-4 business days). If you would like to change the contents once it goes live, withdraw the job posting, edit, and then request to publish again. You cannot edit your job posting while it is live.

Make a payment
Once the job ad is approved, the invoice will be sent to you via email. Please pay through the bank within 30 days from the invoice date.(please pay for the transferring fee)
Receive applications
Job seekers will send employers an application email through Find Jobs In Japan. Once you receive the applications, please contact the applicants directly. Find Jobs In Japan will not act as an intermediary.
Job ad expires
After 30 days from the published date, the job ad will automatically taken down from the site, If you would like to extend the expiration date, please contact Find Jobs in Japan office.
